November 2014 - Thanksgiving our kids visit

November 2014 - Did some fishing and believe it or not caught a few.

 November - Thanksgiving 2014 - Jason, Kallie and Tristan came to visit us for a week.  We enjoyed fishing, walking the beach, and playing games at Fudpuckers. We took the kids to Florabama and Pensacola, siteseeing. They were able to see the beauty of this part of the U.S. We love our kids and enjoy their visits.
We also went to breakfast with Vida James and Billy Pierce, our cousins at the Broken Egg.  It was very good and tasty.

We also rented a pontoon and went out to the Santa Rosa Sound.  It was cold and windy so the fishing trip did not go over well, but we enjoyed each others company.  Vanessa and Seth rented the pontoon from the Air Force.

Went to the movies as well and Tristan of course enjoyed all the props.  Oh we did too. 

Overall, we are so blessed our kids and family can get together.  Love Family

October 2014 - Arrive at Okaloosa Island - Destin West RV Park

Very nice RV park and we are able to utilize all of the facilities at Ramada Inn, as the same person owns both locations.  The RV park is nice and the Beach is beautiful with sugar white sands. Fishing has been alright, but we have caught just a few.  John was fortunate to catch a turtle, also.We believe we will enjoy our stay here.  This month is gorgeous.

 We met our cousins Billy Pierce and Vida James. Vida is Johns, Dads neice. This is the 1st time we met Vida and her son, Billy.  They took us out on Billy's boat and we got to see beautiful Destin.  We so enjoyed our day.

SEPTEMER

September 6 - 22, 2014 Fort Polk, Louisiana
Stayed at Alligator Lake on Ft. Polk grounds and enjoyed our visit with the Grand kids, Ivan and Paige Monterrosa. This park is very nice and has a lake, which believe it or not, there are fish somewhere in the lake.
We toured the area and went to Toledo Bend, Slagle to a trade show, watching movies,  ate out and just enjoyed bonding with the kids.

September 22 - 25, 2014

Traveled to LaFayette, Louisiana and visited our friends Mary and Tom Courville.  They took us site-seeing to the Tabasco Plant on Avery Island, Jungle Garden, Acadanian Cultural center and eating (of course). What a great trip and discovering more new areas of the states.

September 25th - September 31, 2014

Traveled to Rainbow Plantation in Summerdale, Alabama.  Stayed at site #37 which was very nice. Met up with friends, George and JoAnne Forsythe and went to Gulf Shores and to eat at the Roadkill (all you can eat).  This is a beautiful area of the country and the beaches are all white sandy with emerald colored water. Beautiful.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - September 3, 2014
Our Muffin did not make it very far in our travels.  She expired on September 3, 2014 and is no longer suffering.  It was our saddest day ever.

June 17 thru August 31, 2014 - Colorado Visit

So we traveled to Colorado and stayed at our son's back yard with full hookups.
We did so much during our trip here.  Enjoyed camping, fishing, hiking, Ironman,  train rides, bowling, looking for property, eating alot, AJ's fight, 4th of July, much more and especially spending time with family and friends.  This trip lasted longer than anticipated as we were waiting on parts to get our RV fixed.  We, however, cherished our time. We also lost cousins during this time.  Cousin Dave Morgan and Max Vigil and Kallies Aunt Deb.

All these pictures are mixed and not in any special order as there were too many I added on.  Love family and friends all we can say........
Then we are saddened because our beloved Muffin has congestive heart failure. We made up our minds, since she will be gone soon, to have Gizmo adopted out to a great family, Kristina and Ginger.  He will be missed but loved and well taken care of.  We will keep Muffin until she is gone.  Love our dogs!!!
